Dedicate a rose

The scent and sight of 1,000 beautiful white roses in full bloom stands as a powerful, living commemoration of the Holocaust. Each individual rose carries a precious reminder, together they make a powerful statement. This is a unique and peaceful space of healing, reflection and contemplation for all to share.

Today, you can ensure that our Rose Garden continues to grow and flourish for years to come. You can join with us today to say, ‘I shall never forget’

You might like to plant and dedicate a rose to an individual, remember specific friends or relatives who were victims of the Holocaust. You may choose to commemorate a family or group of people who perished.

No matter what you decide, your rose and plaque will stand in testimony to a precious life lost. It may well be that your dedication is the only place where a victim’s name is permanently inscribed and cherished.

Your gift of over £100, and any annual donation you choose to make will cover the cost of planting a dedicating your rose, and will contribute to maintaining the memorial rose garden.

Once ordered we will be in contact with you asking for your inscription so that it can permanently inscribed on a plaque next your rose, we will also give you a certificate and your dedication will be kept in our Memorial Rose Album.

Thanks to you, The National Holocaust Museum and our Rose Garden will continue to grow. Your generosity will play a vital part in preserving the memory of the past for the future.

With no funds from central government, The National Holocaust Museum relies on people like you to make our work possible.

Please contact [email protected] for more information and to dedicate a rose.

  • Be part of a warm community that helps hope to re-bloom. Become a Member today.

Our exhibition & education programmes are based on the warm community built by our Christian founding family with Jewish survivors of the Holocaust. Their testimonies are vital assets for future generations. But today, we again see truth, decency and hope withering. They are fragile things that need protecting. Holocaust distortion, conspiracy theories and the world's longest running racism is back with a vengeance. Please, join our community. Help hope re-bloom. Become a Member.
