Tree of Hope

The Tree of Hope echoes our unique memorial gardens where 1,000 white roses are planted in memory of those murdered in the Holocaust. Inspired by the White Rose movement, which called for active opposition to Hitler’s regime, the roses also represent hope, love and remembrance.

The Tree of Hope is a beautiful permanent sculpture in the Centre. Green and silver leaves and white roses represent your support for the Centre and its role as a place to remember, to reflect and to educate. Inscriptions on a leaf or flower can include your name or a short message, perhaps to remember a loved one, to mark a celebration or to inspire others.

White rose – recognises gifts of £10,000

Silver leaf – recognises gifts of £5,000

Green leaf recognises gifts of £1,000

Our exhibition & education programmes are based on the warm community built by our Christian founding family with Jewish survivors of the Holocaust. Their testimonies are vital assets for future generations. But today, we again see truth, decency and hope withering. They are fragile things that need protecting. Holocaust distortion, conspiracy theories and the world's longest running racism is back with a vengeance. Please, join our community. Help hope re-bloom. Become a Member.
