Biography: Gitta Ogg was born Margita Marianna Barabas in July 1925. Gitta and her family were forced to flee from Czechoslovakia in 1938 when anti - Semitism took hold.  Gitta and her family's journey took them to many places including Lisbon, Gibraltar and London.
