Sixth Form history workshop

Suitable: For Key Stage 5

Focus of the visit: Reasons for launching and the timing of the decision to launch the Final Solution.

Learning Outcomes:

  1. To evaluate and judge the arguments and evidence for this debate.

  2. To gain an overview of the historical debates surrounding the reasons and timings for the Final Solution.

Skills:

  1. To select and combine relevant information from a wide variety of resources.
  2. To work collaboratively as part of a group.
  3. To communicate ideas effectively.
  4. To develop enquiry skills.

 Session Times and Prices
Morning sessions start at 10.00, 10.30 and 11.00 and cost £10.50 per student (teachers/accompanying adults are free in a ratio of 1:10). See tables below for approximate timings. These are subject to change and exact timings will be provided to you on arrival.

* Out of respect to our survivors, if your school needs to depart the Centre before 14.30 we can not guarantee that your staff/students will be able to listen to the survivor speak.
