The Centre is delighted to announce that Martin Stern will be speaking on Sunday 19th August 2018 between 13:00pm and 14.30 p.m.

The Centre will be open from 10.00 a.m. until 4.30 p.m. to allow members of the public to visit the exhibitions and memorial gardens.

Martin Stern was born in Hilversum in Holland in September 1938. When the Nazis invaded Holland in 1940, Martin's father went into hiding and his mother was taken to hospital to give birth, where she later died. Martin went to stay with his parents' friends. One day, an innocent mistake led Martin to Westerbork and then onto Theresienstadt.
